We currently offer shipping across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. 


How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £4.50. 

Special Delivery Guaranteed is £6.50.

Free for orders over £50. 


When will my macarons arrive?

We ship standard orders UK wide using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail orders with Standard Shipping (Tracked 24) are shipped out 2 days before your specified date unless the chosen date is a Tuesday, in which case the order will be dispatched on the Monday. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. The Royal Mail specify that their services are an 'aimed for' service where the majority of parcels reach their destination within 24 hours. Royal Mail orders with Special Delivery Guaranteed shipping are shipped 1 day before your specified date. 

No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday and delivery may take up to 8 pm to be delivered.

Refund Policy

  1. In the event where the fault is with the product, we will require the product to be sent back to us before issuing a refund.
  2. We will not issue a refund for items that have already been consumed.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Depending on circumstances, Mademoiselle Macaron will issue a credit note, discount offer or resend the order.

Returns for macaron orders

  1. We are only able to offer a refund if the items are proven to be faulty and that the fault is in the production of the product.
  2. Where a complaint is raised we will require clear images of the product,, packaging and shipping label to investigate and find a resolve. Failure to provide any images will void any resolve that we can offer.
