Our Standard and Saturday delivery options both use tracked Royal Mail services. Please note, all orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles may take up to a day or two longer for delivery.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item we will happily offer a refund within 30 days of receipt of the good. Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition in their original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
