We are unable to accept cancellations or returns on hampers, chocolates or wine gifts owing to the perishable nature of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods, and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange in this event.

All hamper contents and mixed wine cases are fully listed and every effort is made to supply the items shown. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
