Big, Pinot Noir dominant, complex and quite masculine. This is very much Bollinger’s house style. Madame Lily Bollinger, who died in 1971, was the wine’s greatest international ambassador. Once, when asked how she enjoyed her Champagne, she replied, “I drink it when I’m happy and when I’m sad. Sometimes I drink it when I’m alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I’m not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise, I never touch it – unless I’m thirsty.”

Shipping Policy
Delivery costs are included in the price. No further shipping charges will be applied at GiftRound checkout.
Deliveries are normally between 09.00 and 17.00 Tuesday to Friday and a signature is required on receipt of delivery. (We do not ship on a Friday for Monday delivery unless specifically requested to do so).
If you are out a card is left, with an instruction to call the local depot to re-arrange delivery. Please remember that, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, alcohol will only be left with persons over 18 Years Old.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund or replace the item. Just contact GiftRound via email store@giftround.co.uk
For defective items we may need to have it returned so that we can give it back to the winemaker who may want to run further test on it (no animals will be involved).
Please note, in all instances WoodWinters.com shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
