This is a subtle blend of the three main varieties and the diversity of the terroir, a fine and complex blending with fruitness and delicacy. The vines are grown with the respect of nature, using organic and biodynamic practices. The vines are around 30 years old and 40% of the blend is made up with reserve wines.
All of the grapes are picked up by hand when fully ripe, then put in a traditional press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in vats, foudres and barrels. There is partial malolactic fermentation in this cuvee. Ageing on lees takes place for six months. All bottles are disgorged by hand with a dosage of 4g/l.

Shipping Policy
Delivery costs are included in the price. No further shipping charges will be applied at GiftRound checkout.
Deliveries are normally between 09.00 and 17.00 Tuesday to Friday and a signature is required on receipt of delivery. (We do not ship on a Friday for Monday delivery unless specifically requested to do so).
If you are out a card is left, with an instruction to call the local depot to re-arrange delivery. Please remember that, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, alcohol will only be left with persons over 18 Years Old.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund or replace the item. Just contact GiftRound via email store@giftround.co.uk
For defective items we may need to have it returned so that we can give it back to the winemaker who may want to run further test on it (no animals will be involved).
