Shipping Policy

Cards ordered before 3pm shall be printed and posted 1st class the same day.  Please note that delivery is by Royal Mail therefore GiftRound can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.  GiftRound do not accept liability for any delay which may occur in the delivery times which are due to circumstances outside its control.

Refund Policy

On some occasions where GiftRound has dispatched your card and it gets lost in the post.  If you have not received your order 5 days after placing the order please contact support@giftround.co.uk and we can arrange for another card to be printed.
